    Shipping Policy Update for US Customers

    Dear Valued Customers,

    Due to recent changes in U.S. tariff policies, we’ve made some adjustments to our shipping options to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process for you. Here’s what’s new:

    1. Shipping Method Update

    • Standard Shipping (DDP) Only:
      All orders to the U.S. will now be shipped via standard delivery (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). This means we’ll handle all customs duties and taxes upfront, so you won’t face any surprise fees upon delivery.

    • Temporary Pause:
      For now, we’ve temporarily suspended DHL, UPS, and FedEx services to the U.S. to avoid potential delays or extra costs for you.

    2. Free Shipping Still Available!

    Orders over $20 will continue to enjoy free shipping (via standard DDP service).

    3. Delivery time 

    The shipping method is DDP(Delivered Duty Paid), which results in longer shipping times. Delivery time is within 5-14 days.For items weighing more than 30kg, the delivery time is 20-35 days.

    4. Future Adjustments

    We’re closely monitoring U.S. trade policies and will update our shipping options accordingly. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
