We only ship parts to your order address. If you need to change the delivery address, please make a note when paying, or contact us before the order is shipped.

Delivery Time

After receiving your payment, we need up to 3 business days to prepare the goods. If there is insufficient inventory, this time may be delayed and we will contact you by email. It usually takes 4-15 days to deliver after shipment.Delivery time for oversized parts typically takes 12-35 days.

For other countries, please confirm that your delivery address can be delivered by the courier. We are not responsible for the following situations and reserve the right to charge the buyer for shipping costs incurred due to returns:

2. The item cannot be delivered due to your reasons, including but not limited to: not signing for it in time, unable to contact, not clearing customs in time (if customs clearance is required), etc.

Cancel the order

The order cannot be cancelled after it is shipped, so please contact us before the order is shipped. Customized parts cannot be canceled.

Shipping protection

• If the item you received is damaged, please contact us within 7 days to receive compensation.
• Package not received. Please wait 30 days after shipment. If you have not received the package after 30 days, please contact us.
